What a wonderful opportunity I have to begin the formal education of these precious 5 and 6 year olds! They are so eager to learn and so accepting of everyone around them. It's a privilege and responsibility for which I am grateful. As the oldest of eight siblings, I guess I've always been a "teacher" and am glad the God guided me along the path to be able to continue to teach. Working with the rest of our staff and the parents here at Mt. Olive is also a great blessing!

• 1980 - Graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College
• 1980 - Assigned to teach grades 3-4 at Centennial Lutheran School in Milwaukee
• 1982 - Resigned from teaching to get married. Substitute taught in many parochial and public schools at the various places we've lived during my husband's pastoral ministry
• 2000 - Began teaching Kindergarten at Mt. Olive, also play organ
